a weird question about legs

Ok, I've always had nice legs, but I've noticed that since I begun working as a waitress a month ago, my legs have formed so much and I haven't had much time for exercise. Is that really possible to have such a noticable change or is it just a placebo effect or mirage if you might?

You probably walk a couple miles a day extra as a waitress. Plus the additional weight you carry from the food trays. Your balance and posture have probably improved as well. Most likely not a placebo effect. Of course, comparison pics would put the matter to rest.0

Waitresses get A LOT of exercise during the course of a shift. I doubt it's a placebo effect because of all the exercise of walking around, carrying plates and trays of food, and everything else you do. When I went from doing medical transcription back to being a nurses aide, I started losing weight right away just from walking around.0

I know I would do quite a few squats a day with very heavy trays for 5 hours, plus walking- it is a good workout!0
