I just did a Kettlebell workout I found on Youtube - how do I log that? Any suggestions?

I had the same problem. I wore my body media fit and logged my calories for 15 minutes. Now I can use the same entry and just adjust the minutes. I did that for a lot of my various exercises for accuracy. I am finding that I will probably have to do them again to adjust for the recent weight loss. I burned 292 calories for 15 minutes when I weighed 277 lbs. That should give you some idea.

Thanks - I ended up putting it as circuit for now as I did 4 sets of reps - but wasn't really sure. I would love to get something like the Body Media, etc, to get a more accurate picture of what I am truly burning.

Has there been an answer to this since 2013?

    Circuit training.

I think it depends on your routine.
If you are doing timed multiple sets/reps--circuit training.
If you are finding the weight too heavy to go beyond 5 reps/sets and needing ample time to recover--strength training.

I do fitness blender videos on YouTube...they give you a low and high end calorie burn...I go towards the lower end.
