annoying little belly

hi this isnt for me for once but my sister is a skinni mini but still has a wodge of belly pudge that she cant lose. she does situps and things but they just make the belly more prominent. has anyone got any tips? thanks in advance :-) xxx

    Might be what she is eating. Is she eating a clean diet, or is it full of sodium, processed foods, etc.. cause many of those foods can cause bloating.

    Eat clean and drink all the water you can.

    dropping the fat grams to 30 or less per day and very very very low sugar grams...building muscle...calculate the proper fat burn zone to stay in eg. mine is 126 i cannot go any higher than that or i will burn muscle instead of fat...1 gallon of water per day get a empty milk jug or the brita 8 cup x 2...hope this helps...fat is all diet...aim for good fats not saturated fats...avacados are an excellent choice...sunflower seeds almonds...google THE FIGHTER DIET she's an extreme no sugar no fat...good luck
