Is it just me or do all ladies have issues with underwear shifting everywhere while exercising? I swear I spend more time adjusting my panties then working out. Anyone hsve solutions ? Ive tried few types went loosr n tight ect.

I don't wear panties when I workout.
I wear thongs under my work clothes to eliminate panty lines and boy shorts to bed usually. A different purpose for everything.0 -

I use any underwear with tight and thick edges - you'll probably show underwear lines but it's better than a thong (because of the chafing) imo0

Commando under workout clothes. I cannot stand thongs - it's like dental floss for my butt. ICK.
And, if you can make it happen-- exercise naked. I've done naked Zumba and it's the most freeing I've ever felt.

I'm having a hard time getting past the thong suggestions.. haha I think it would hurt!!!
I wear spandex panties. Sometimes I have riding issues, others, not so much.

I made the switch to thongs many years ago. If you have never tried them, it may take a day or two to adjust. But it definitely solved the problem for me.
Me too! This is all I wear unless I'm in sweatpants.. which is practically never.0
