Options
Hi just wondering I'm working with TDEE and my cals are 1988 at moderate exercise now because I'm working with TDEE is it not a good idea to eat back calories as they are allready accounted for in my allowance aren't they.
Also my TDEE is set at moderate im a stay at home mum of 3 do all the chores etc and try my best to do half hour of weights 3-4 times a week aswell as half hour to an hour on the stationary bike 6 days a week aswell as an ab workout every other day for around half hour. So all in all my exercises time is around 6-9 hours a week as well as being extremely active through out the day doing household chore child care school runs (walking) etc. is moderate serif about tigt for this amount i activity.
Thank you so much for your help.

You are correct, you do not eat your exercise calories back, they are already accounted for.

And yes, I would say that is moderate, especially to be on the safe side.
