Hello!!!

Very discouraged but not wanting to give up. I tried MFP awhile back but went through some rough times and gave up. I have let MFP set my calorie goals based on wanting to lose one pound a week. Is this a good place to start? Has anyone had success using their calculations?

    This app and site definetly works. It just takes discipline.

    Just getting started with this....hoping that it will hold me accountable. I understand struggling with that last 20 lbs.....it's so frustrating!

    This app has really helped me. I log in the food I want to eat just to see the calories before I actually eat it. Most of the time this makes me look at those big numbers and not eat it afterall. It isn't worth it.
