I made this this morning and it was yummy

2 egg whites
2 pkts splenda
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon

cook like a regular egg on med heat.

top with whatever you like

    I do this, after it is done I let it cool a little bit, spread a tablespoon of light cream cheese then roll it up...yummy!
