Forget getting new clothes, you need new underwear.

When I throw out clothes that are too big for me........that I was saving for when I was a smaller size!

haha... i just tried on my bell bottoms that have been too small since the day I bought them.. they are too big now.. which is great.. but sucks because i never got to wear them.
I have to hold up all my pants when I walk...
my work out pants do not stay up on their own anymore when I'm in class.
when I go out.. guys fall over themselves to talk to me..
My shoes are too big
I fit into a shirt I haven't fit into in 10 years. (actually the one in my profile picture lol)
I wore skinny jeans for the first time ever
When you see people you haven't seen in a while and they gush over the new you..
Push ups are doable (guess I can push up 195 pounds, but not 240???) lol
The turbo kick class I take is now too easy.. I'm getting wrist and ankle weights soon to make it harder..
I walk faster
I stand up straighter
I have better balance
I feel amazing!!!
Oh yes.. and the guns in my ticker?? Those are mine.. lol0 -

For me, I knew it when I realized I wasn't huffing and puffing after taking my dog out and walking around outside for less than ten minutes and then back up the steps to the front porch. That little bit used to completely wear me out. Now I walk her around out there for a good 20 minutes, and can go straight to the gym after to lift or do a good hour and half of cardio. It's this much better and I'm still around 250 pounds. I can't wait to see how good I feel when I get to 150!!!0

The skinny leg jeans don't fit because of calf muscles not fat!
I had to buy a belt cause the pants fall off!
I went in the women's section and nothing fit: had to go to regular section.0 -
This may sound absolutely ridiculous, but when you instinctively suck in your belly for a picture and don't feel one roll of fat folding over another - because you're down to only one big roll of fat instead of multiple ones on top of each other.0

And I want to know at what point in the journey does one sit down with no fat rolls? I'm starting to think that doesn't ever happen .
Mine has been that my same height momma who has been the same weight for years had to stop giving me the clothes that were too big for her and start giving me the clothes that are too small for her -- glad she has a good fashion sense!0 -
Lost my wedding rings
Always freezing (never even owned a winter coat before )
My butt hurts when I sit on a hard surface
Can out run my 10 year old
Don't fit any of my clothes
Family member walked past Me, didn't recognize Me lol
My knees rub together when lying down

I feel less of me jiggles when I run/walk
I don't worry about that muffin top look when I sit down anymore
I can wear a fitted shirt and not feel uncomfortable
I can wear LIGHT colored bottoms because my butt/legs looks better0 -
When you smile at your reflection in the mirror because your proud/happy with what you see.
When you walk with more confidence.
When you are glad to wake every morning to strut your hard earned body you fight for everyday.0 -
Played my son and husband in tennis tonight and they kept telling me how much faster I am this season running down balls. : )0

When you can button your seat belt on the plane and then pull some excess to tighten it up ( as opposed to it being stretched all the way out)

When you are invited to a BBQ and you say sorry can't make it going to the gym.
When your mom asks you to stop and pick up ice cream and you do for her and your son. Don't even think about eating it. (okay more my lactose intolerant there)

you do the "pants shimmy". wherein you pull up your pants with a bit of a shimmy because they keep slipping down. :-D1

When you're no longer winded by going up a flight of stairs.
When you realize you have more energy than people younger than you.
You're no longer tired all of the time because of the crap you used to eat.
You can't find your back fat anymore.
You realize you now have 1 little roll of fat on your belly instead of 2 and you miss being able to make your belly "talk".0 -
I actually get cold now definitely not something I am used to. And I am still carrying extra insulation right now going to be interesting when I reach goal.0

When you decide to take a bath (versus a shower) for the first time in 11 months... and your hips dont touch the sides of the tub anymore! Then you hop up, run into the kitchen to tell your hubby... not quite dried off, slip and fall, spraining your ankle and have to take a trip to the ER to make sure it isnt broken.. because it IS blue, and now swollen...
True story.
Try explaining that one to the 110 pound female doctor who did NOT understand and asked you to keep repeating your story, eyeballing your husband & then took him into the hall to confirm your story.. then asked me if she could run an alcohol test on me, (because of the medication i am on)
REALLY WOMAN? I was just freaking happy... Not that you would understand what it feels like!
Someone bring me a fat, female doctor please!! Geeze, what's a woman gotta do to get fair treatment around here??-1 -

When your doctor wants to post your picture for being a star patient. She printed a graph of where I was when I started (prior to MFP) and I am down a total of 80lbs now.
Have lost 4 pant sizes. I can jump without hurting myself! I can walk for a long, long time without getting winded. And best of all, my daughters said "mom, you have an hourglass figure!"0
