Hiya, i joined here few years ago,
though only really started doing this properly about a week ago.
Im 28 female from scotland
Mum to 4 kids who has always struggled with my weight since high school really,
Now is the time to change and lose all the weight i have gained through the years.
Why i want to change is for myself and have a healthier lifestyle for my self and my kids family,
To have alot more energy and so on.

Already started this journey a week ago i have already lost 2kgs since last week. Want to add more friends to motivate each other and get through this journey together.
