Sure, if there is physical love attached. Vigorous, physical love, that is.0

nicely put, but i guess the fact if your hearts racing is never a bad thing!0 -
I was going to say the same thing! as long as it leads to hours and hours of s*x.0

no but doing a lil "boom boom" action is LOL
Sorry I had to0 -
I doubt it. You eat out more. You have less time to exercise because you want to spend time with them. For most people being in a relationship is a recipe for weight gain...0

Yes, but the date nights at calorific restaurants and bottles of wine for romantic evenings offset the "love" calories pretty easily. I know this very well.0
-
Even making love doesn't burn that much. Though, I LOVE that workout!0

Stalking is a much more effective weight loss tool. Your heart rate is elevated for a much longer period of time and running when the cops show up always takes out a few hundred extra calories. You wouldn't believe how many calories it takes to follow someone around the mall unseen and when she went into V.S. my heart was racing thinking of what she had in those bags when she came out of the store.
I wear a HRM to be sure but there are times I exceed 180 bmp0 -
Nope. Generally, it makes you gain weight, but it's worth it.0

The break up will just gain it all back. Heartache, ribs, and tubs of ice creams go hand in hand.
Good luck, OP. :flowerforyou:0 -
I actually lost weight with the break up and joined my fitnesspal lol.0

I think love is fine, the problem are us, the people who fall/ not fall in love, its beautiful while it last, hurts like hell when it's over, specially when is over for the person you are in love with while you are still feeling it0
