Hey! I have always wondered if there are any MFPers who actually live in Africa and are losing weight with actual African food with emphasis on Ghana?Let me know you exist!!!

hey der i dnt live in gh bt london however almost 99% of the foods i eat are ghanaian dishes n ive lost 10kilos since i started the secret is just eaten less done u used to. so for eg if u eat a ball of kenkey or banku this time jux eat half. i ope dis helps
