Had a great annual physical today.
BMI was under Obese for the first time in nearly 2 decades.
BP was lower than at any time in my adult life as was my resting heart rate.
Still waiting for the blood tests.

Doc told me that when she has a patient who says they are too old to start losing wait, she tells them about her 50+ patient that has lost almost 100 pounds. Who would have thought I'd be an example of positive habit change.

Followed in the afternoon with a follow up with my sleep doc. Scheduling a sleep study to confirm apnea is gone. Yahoo!

An added bonus is that I actually like tucking in my shirts now. I don't feel compelled to wear over sized "mu-mu" shirts.
I am actually developing pecs and deltoids that help properly shape a shirt. That is pretty cool.

I told my doctor that my goal weight is 180 pounds and 10% BFP. She said that was a reasonable goal. If I had said I wanted to be 165 pounds again, she would have said "are you nuts?" So it is good to have a sanity check on my goals too.
