    I have found the warm up & downs pretty quick and I am a little sore as a result of this.

    So I would recommend a full warm up and stretch before starting the sessions

  • I am hoping to get home early this afternoon to do my fit test......then I coach a girls lacrosse travel team and we have tryouts tonight.....I'll be earning LOTS of workout minutes!

    just did my fit test today, not too bad. Some of the exercises were tough. I hope they get easier when I get stronger.
