Weigh Food

Chicken leg quarters...weigh them with bone and skin or after? By the time I shred all that the meat is cold/cool. Ideas?

  • Without the bone, unless it says otherwise. And without the skin too. Do you want dark meat? If so, maybe just buy boneless skinless thighs and it will save you the time of taking the skin off and will be easier when you weigh the meat.
