One Cardio Machine or Multiple Machines???

I'm fairly new to using the myfitnesspal, so please excuse me if this question has already been answered. I've noticed when I go to the gym I see some people use multiple cardio machines for the same amount of time that one would just use one cardio machine. Is using multiple cardio machines more advantageous than just one? Thanks!

Depends on their goals. I know I get bored after running on a treadmill for 5 mins so I switch to a bike to keep my heart rate up. Plus they work different muscles too.0

What machine you use doesn't really matter, as long as you are elevating your heart rate you are fine.0

I personally like using 4 diffierent cardio machines over the course of an hour because it's not as boring when you're switching it up every 15 minutes.0
