Listen to dogs wake up and run around house between 5 and 5:30 am
Try to fall back asleep until alarm goes off at 6
Trip over said dogs on way to bathroom
Take shower with bf (you know- to save water and all :bigsmile: )
Trip over dogs on way to get dressed
*kitten* I'm running late...again
Throw on clothes
Feed dogs
Take dogs out
Scream at dogs repeatedly to get back in the house so I can finally leave for work
Throw whatever healthy food I can find into work bag
Kiss BF goodbye
Hope there aren't any cops on way to work

Wake up 5 AM. Look at my phone, rub one out because I have morning wood. 2 minutes later, wash my hands, brush my teeth, shower, coffee, work. Oh I forgot take a *kitten*.0

Alarm wakes me 6.15,
Get up, wee, weigh, get dressed, go downstairs.
Feed dogs, walk dogs, back home,
Kettle on whilst showering.
Cuppa, make breakfast, eat breakfast,
Make lunch.
Back upstairs, wake son,
Get dressed in work clothes, straighten hair, do makeup, brush teeth.
Another wee.
Back downstairs, put wash in washing machine and turn on, let dogs into garden for their wee, let dogs back in.
Lock up, grab lunch and out the door to work. :-)0 -
Up at 4:40a with the wife. Get our coffee's ready and we sit for 15 minutes or so to wake up. She goes up to get ready and I get the boys up and ready for school. I get them fed and then get both my wife's and my food ready for the day. I get her out the door by 6am and then finish up with the boys and get my stuff ready to go. Drop the kids of at school then head into work by 7:30a.
That's a typical morning.0 -

-Get out of bed around 6:30am
-Let dog out
-Go into the bathroom
-Take a couple of junk shots
-Take a shower
-Let dog in
-Get dressed

i feel your pain. with my drive to work, if i hit all the traffic lights it takes a 6 minute drive all the way to 9. drives ME insane0 -

Wake up, eat bit of fruit and PB, go back to sleep.
Hour later, get up, brush teeth, get dressed
Off to cardio or strength training (cardio outside, strength training in living room)
Breakfast of eggs and coffee
Shower

Wake up ( sort of)
Stand up and stretch
Wake my Daughter up
brush my teeth
Take my meds
wake my Daughter up again
Make my husbands coffee
Changes my Sons Diaper
Drink my Vitamins
Take a shower
get dressed
look at my daughter in awe at the fact that she is still not ready
rush everyone out the door
Apply make up
pack my meals for the day
out the door to walk ten blocks to the bus stop : )

3:52 - Wake up (alarm is set to 4:30 but it NEVER makes it because I LOVE NEW DAYS!)
Harsh my boner for 10 min until it's possible to take a leak
Brush teeth, clean out eye boogers, water my hair for styling later
Take a 30 min dump (it's actually 2 min but I spend the rest of the time vigorously cleaning my *kitten* with wet wipes because I'm gonna be sitting on a lot of gym equipment and god forbid I leave it smelling like doodoo)
Style hair for 20 min
Carefully pick out my gym outfit and spray it with some cucumber breeze scented crap as a secondary line of defense after the wet wipes
Re-style hair because I put a tight *kitten* compression shirt on that messed it up
Chug 40 oz. of water
Go to Youtube and full screen a chick (muse) doing yoga while I gather my keys, HRM, phone, and pack my bag
Walk out of my building blabbering nonsense in the halls like, "YEEEEEEEP! HO! GET IT TIME! %%%% WIT ME! WOO! AYE! AYE! BOUT TO RUN THIS &&&&! CMON! GIT IT GIT GIT IT"

Walk to coffee shop 1.1 miles away and have second coffee, do crossword and Soduku
Walk extra on a nice day.

-Grab phone and browse internets for a few minutes

-Get dressed, moisturize, and (sometimes) properly blowdry my bangs
-Fill up water bottle and start drinking
-Eat a banana
-Get all my things ready
-Start the day

this is a day when i dont work and dont do anything but stay home like on a tuesday...when i work or go out its different but relatively the same.
wake up at 6am
6:01am *kitten*
6:01:30am get up
6:02am floss then brush teeth
6:03am take a dump and piss
6:05am get dressed to go to the gym(i sleep naked)
6:10am head out to the gym
6:15am get into the gym
6:20am warm up
6:25am begin workout
7:15isham end workout
7:20 cool down
7:30 leave gym
7:35 get home
7:40 shower
7:50 finish shower get dressed
8:am-12 pm nothing important like watch a movie, *kitten* etc.
12pm-break my fast with a homemade mass gainer
12:30pm-8pm since im bulking; eat a **** ton of calories to make me some gainz
8pm watch some sports like nba playoffs if its on
10pm *kitten*
10:01 get ready for bed floss, brush teeth, get naked.
10:02 go to sleep with some tunes on my soundock and depending if i go to work or have plans things change around but i always wake up at 60
