    Snuggle with financeé for 15mins
    Get up on second alarm
    Shower
    Get ready for work
    Walk to work (20 mins)
    Get to desk
    Eat breakfast, drink water and coffee
    Wait for lunch time

    That's so neat how you snuggle with your fiance. That's a great way to start your day! =)

    Wake up at 7, feed the cats, have a coffee
    Read my mail and news online
    Have breakfast, brush teeth, clean up
    Walk to coffee shop 1.1 miles away and have second coffee, do crossword and Soduku
    Walk extra on a nice day.
    Average calorie burn 350 calories per day

    -Wake up
    -Close my eyes
    -Reopen eyes several times over a minute or two, trying not to fall back asleep
    -Sit up
    -Grab phone and browse internets for a few minutes
    -Go to bathroom and shower
    -Get dressed, moisturize, and (sometimes) properly blowdry my bangs
    -Fill up water bottle and start drinking
    -Eat a banana
    -Get all my things ready
    -Start the day

    (I don't have a set routine, as my Pilates classes vary in times per day, and I work from home)

    this is a day when i dont work and dont do anything but stay home like on a tuesday...when i work or go out its different but relatively the same.

    wake up at 6am
    6:01am *kitten*
    6:01:30am get up
    6:02am floss then brush teeth
    6:03am take a dump and piss
    6:05am get dressed to go to the gym(i sleep naked)
    6:10am head out to the gym
    6:15am get into the gym
    6:20am warm up
    6:25am begin workout
    7:15isham end workout
    7:20 cool down
    7:30 leave gym
    7:35 get home
    7:40 shower
    7:50 finish shower get dressed
    8:am-12 pm nothing important like watch a movie, *kitten* etc.
    12pm-break my fast with a homemade mass gainer
    12:30pm-8pm since im bulking; eat a **** ton of calories to make me some gainz
    8pm watch some sports like nba playoffs if its on
    10pm *kitten*
    10:01 get ready for bed floss, brush teeth, get naked.
    10:02 go to sleep with some tunes on my soundock and depending if i go to work or have plans things change around but i always wake up at 6

    When I work.
    Snack at work, stay awake, MFP
    7am I get home from work.
    I feed my four month old daughter.
    I feed myself.
    Go into a coma for four or five hours
    Awake from said coma for babygirls second feeding
    Kill Insanity, making Shaun T my b&$ch is a personal goal.
    Kill lunch. :)
    Sunbathe, garden, be outside if possible


    If I don't work?
    Up around 7a or 8a to feed my daughter
    Kill insanity
    Kill breakfast
    Own the day.

    Depends on what day it is for me ..

    Work Days:
    Kettle On
    Coffee and Porridge
    Take Supps
    Brush Teeth
    Go to Work

    Non Work Days:
    Crap pants at time and frantically look at phone to check what day it is and wonder if I have work
    Once settled same as above apart from go to work.

    My Weekends:
    Wake up at anytime (bit of a nightowl)
    Have breakfast, take supps and wake up and see how I feel.
