Im 5'3, currently 131 lbs and im looking to get down to 115. I only workout 4 to 5 times a week and i work three days a week and my job is an active one. I try to stay on track with counting calories but it seems like nothing is working. I have started jillian michaels 30 day shred and i do that, and then i clean my house and sometimes walk a mile or two. I know that just doing 20 min a day isnt goig to cut it so i was gonna add my biggest loser cardio max into the mix but that is only 30 min. I know i need to exercise more but i dont know what exerciaes to do!! Of anyone can recommend anything i would greatly appreciate it!
Ps. I havr no workout equipment but wts and i hate gyms so anything at home would be awesome!!

Exercise is great, but weightloss is all about calories in vs. calories out. Since your diary is locked, how many calories are you eating?

    1250 a day

Are you eating your earned exercise calories back? Unless you're very petite, 1250 is likely too few calories for you. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but a lot of us plateau at 1200 calories. You have to eat more to fuel those workouts.

  • 20 squats, 30 lunges, 40 toe touches, 60 second wall sit, and 100 jumping jacks. do this every other day no breaks. strengthens core and thins legs! :)

You aren't far from your goal weight, and it doesn't sound like you're overweight...so it's going to take awhile. You just started 30DS, keep up with that, you'll see results.

Here is a good workout you can try:
