Has anyone seen my motivation?

I can't seem to FIND IT!!! lol I start out SO dang good and then it just kinda tapers off or something. If one thing happens to throw my schedule off and I miss one day of exercising, I'm done for. It's just SO predictable. Happens every...single...time. No matter how many speeches I give myself, no matter how badly I want things to change.

Brain transplant, please?!

    My motivation has waned in the last week. I think it has gone on a vacation or fat-cation....

    I am still pushing myself to workout daily. I am sticking to it. I have made great progress so far and I WILL NOT STOP.

    Just get out and do it!!

    I wrote my own post earlier today about how easily my motivation comes and goes! So frustrating, isn't it? Good luck!

    Thanks, everyone....I was able to get in 20 minutes on the elliptical to make up for the 5 vanilla cream cookies I had with dinner today :D

    And tomorrow we move....ONWARD!!
