Sauté some tomatoes, onions and mushrooms and then place tilapia or any kind of fish fillet on top and add a little veg. stock to steam fish. When fish is done add a layer of raw spinach on the top a little more veg. broth and steam till tender. Season to your taste and enjoy. I like mine with some flavored rice wine vinegar drizzled on top of greens.

I make a pizza with spinach, mushrooms, onions, a little garlic powder and crushed red peppers and just a little sprinkle of italian blend cheese. I like stonefire brand pizza crust. just rub a little olive oil on the crust then add toppings and cook for however long the crust package tells you

You don't need a lot of bacon. Just one slice will do. Use the grease to cook the spinach. You can add mushrooms, garlic and onions if you'd like.

    hardly! i love spinach!

you could toss it in the blender and puree it. several uses there:
add to marinara sauce for a healthier Italian dish.
mix it in with a smoothie (the color will be off, but usually fruit masks any spinach flavor).
whisk in some eggs and seasoning and make spinach crepes.
add to meatloaf or burgers (if you are forming the patties yourself)
    add to maccaroni and cheese
add to cottage cheese, sour cream, or yogurt along with some spices to make a veggie dip.

I love eating spinach as a salad with fresh sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, and some sliced almonds on top.

Yummy, I mayhave to learn to like almonds.

Sometimes I cook pasta and put the spinach in the colander and drain the pasta over the top of the spinach. It wilts the spinach without cooking it to death. (Frozen spinach can also be used.) Then, I either serve it hot with some sort of sauce or I rinse it in cold water and make a salad. I also like to roll fresh spinach into tortillas with some turkey and whatever condiments I feel like adding. I  spinach.
