    I started at size 14. I am currently wearing a 10. Some 10s are tight. I would say the real judging factor is my American Eagle Jeans. I have ALWAYS been a 12 in AE jeans. My AE jeans that are a 12 are big now. I've never had them be big. I am not going to get more until I get to my first goal of 170.

    Please know that body composition is the true tell of the size, not necessarily the weight.

    I was 137 a few years ago but had far less LBM, / higher bf% and was a size 10.

    CW 210 size 16, maybe a 14 but that's pushing it
    Back in high school I was a size 5/6 and weighed 158.
