Eating at a Moderate Deficit and Exercising

That's great!
I also like to pad out lots of my meals with plenty of veg! Drinking lots of water is something I've just always done, and the rest was just cutting down on some of the very high calorie stuff I used to eat.
I do about 45-60mins of strength training a day, on a 3 day split. I manage to fit in cardio when I can, with walking/running the dog, or training my wife!
I heard wife training is a huge part of a successful weight loss strategy. I need to get me one of them!
The married part isn't essential, but it gets me to the gym or adds an extra run that I wouldn't have necessarily done otherwise.0 -
I was confused at first when I read the OP -- then of course "I got it" -- the responses have brightened my morning.0

Actually, I was only after the opinions of people that have actually tried the diet?
If you're not interested in this diet, then just jog on.
I don't need people telling me what I should or shouldn't do with own body thankyouverymuch.
Anyone tried eating at a moderate deficit?

No, no, no. What you want is a moderate deceit and an exorcism. That's the only way it will work.
 I really should not be reading this at work.0 -

I heard recently that time spent in a hot shower can melt away fat
My water bill has never been higher
*kicks rubber duckie
This is true, I lose weight after a hot shower. True Story.0 -
Has anyone tried this?
I'd like to know about results, ease of adherence, planning, cost, fitting into life/schedule, and anything else you think I should know!
Thanks in advance!0 -

I really shouldn't be typing this in at work!
(But I was curious as to whether anyone would pick up on it.). :devil:0 -
The only thing that worked for me was eating 800 calories of cabbage soup and cleansing system twice a month. Every time I tried to exercise my heart rate would increase and that can't be healthy - I'm already genetically predisposed to heart disease.0

I just do whatever Dr. OZ says to do.0

You guyz r all so horrible and rude! The OPwanted to hear from people eating at a moderate deficit . THEY DID NOT ASK FOR ADVICE!
Haha, no one is giving advice. THey are just joking around a bit as what the OP is asking about is the only real way to lose weight in a healthy sustainable way.0 -
Apparently I suck at sarcasm0

Why is everyone who is not eating at a moderate deficit and exercising replying to this thread? Just cause it didn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for us special snowflakes!0
