    made it , eliminated the cayenne, in regards to my tots , and did some other minor changes, but OMG , so delicious!!!

    No. It seems dry at first, but there is a fair amount of water in the veggies that cooks out. I actually added a bit of flour-water mixture to thicken it up.

    You could add a little bit of water (not too much tho as it will get too watery), or some chicken broth, may be 1/4 cup. I didn't do that the first time and the consistency was fine for me. The 2nd time I made this, I added some water which was okay but I liked it better w/out the added liquid.

    Ya! I am an Indian and it's my fav ever :) Definitely cut down on cayenne if preparing for the first time. Otherwise you'll feel the burn hahaha. I prefer to eat it with chapati . Wholesome nutritious Indian food. :love:
