What fitness & nutrition apps does everyone use?

I personally bought and use the "My daily workouts" on the amazon app store. And a few other apps based on nutrition to help me stay in shape and keep track of the foods I consume. I'm just curious as to what everyone on this site is using and what do they recommended as an added boost to my work out?!

    MFP
    Fitbit Zip

The fitbit zip It lets me know how many calories I have burned in a day and MFP helps me count my calories so that I can adjust accordingly to maintain or lose weight. It is a great combo. Fitbit also measures my steps/miles traveled.

I also do Zumba a couple of times a week!

I use a notebook mainly. I like just being able to write it down and not fool with technology in the middle of lifting. Just MFP.

I use an app that counts for you when I do a ton of squats. I think it's called "Tap Count". Every time I go down, I tap it.

Nike Training Club: AWESOMENESS. It has workouts on it. You choose time, intensity, style, and it counts down for you, gives you videos, and challenges me every time.

I have used Amanda Russell apps workout here and there.

Interesting. I see a lot of people stick to old fashioned pen & notebook.
