Calorie cycling question

I am just wondering if calorie cycling will help weightless in general or should I just keep
A regular daily intake everyday? I heard that cycling will help you when you've reached a plateau...is that
The only time you should make use of cycling?

I don't know about cycling calories. Maybe it works?

I think really, most longish plateaus are caused by your body finally hitting equilibrium with your diet + fitness routine. Most trainers, doctors, and pretty much everyone says you need to rotate through your fitness routine.

So, I would cycle your routine, not your diet, so much. Ie, run for a couple weeks, cycle for a couple weeks, swim for a couple weeks, then walk a few weeks, then back to running. Circuit train for a few weeks, aerobics class for a few weeks, spinning class, etc etc.

Bottom line: Don't let your body adjust fully to your routine, so it'll always have to work to adjust itself.

Where are you at in your quest? As your BF level gets closer to the lower numbers that is when calorie cycling and or carb cycling are generally more effective. At higher BF levels (say 25%+ for arguments sake) there is not a great deal of benefit since your body is not going to fight as hard to keep those glorious little fat cells plump.
