24 oz. frozen berries
1 box white cake mix
1 can 7up or sprite

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 9x13 pan.
Layer frozen berries on the bottom, then the dry cake mix, and then pour the can of 7up on the top. DO NOT MIX.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Yum.
I cut it into 16 pieces. MFP calculated it to be 118 calories per piece.

Never heat aspartame (the sweetener in diet 7-up), as it goes through a chemical process that makes it toxic to humans. Only the sweetener in splenda is stable at high temperatures. Heated aspartame has been linked to brain damage and can be the cause of mental illnesses as well as linked to dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

If you must have cake, just eat the sugar. At least the extra calories won't destroy your brain.

I am. I have made it before without fruit using the diet soda and it always turns out great.
