5'3, been going almost seven weeks and down 14 pounds. I have quite a bit more to lose too, looking for a 101 (give or take a few pounds) total loss. You can do it! I'm not perfect and I'm not striving for perfection but hopefully the healthy habits I'm building will help me for the rest of my life.

I am 5'3" I started at 320 I am down to about 268 right now. I went from a tight 24 and I can now fit into some 20's but mainly 22's depending. You can do it. Its a lifestyle change. I have a long way to go still but I am not stressing it because I will get there. I have only been at this since Jan 2013 so is gonna take some time.

Hi, I'm about 5'3.5. Starting weight March 25, 2013 was 142 and as of May 20, 2013 I weigh 119. That's 23 lbs in almost 2 months. I try to get at least an hour of strength training or cardio in 6 days a week and eat a healthy diet of lean meat, veggies, fruit, and nuts.
