    I read to relax. I love to read and don't have much time so when I have an hour to sit in my favorite chair with coffee and a book it is a really special relaxing time for me.

    Getting a massage always helps me.

    Walking around the lake with our dog.

    Really good sex.

    Gardening.

    Reading Vespers out of the Book of Common Prayer.

    Baking bread or baking chocolate-chip cookies.

    Yes, this! ;) Though sometimes it interferes with my fitness goals.

    To relax I like to:
    Hug and play with my cat
    Read
    Relax on the balcony/lay in the sun.
    Go for a bike ride.

    Being able to sit down and read a book is enough for me. I find that having a long and calm breakfast really helps my day.

    Practically everyday, once I'm up in bed I'll think about everything I did that day and think about how I could have done better. Sort of my meditation before I go to sleep.

    Gardening and baking are my therapies when I'm at home.
