    banana cookies

    banana
    rolled oats
    egg

mix till cookie consistency, tablespoon size dollops on lined baking tray, in oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

    Awesome recipe, thanks. Love simplicity!

I just made my own variation of this:

    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 banana
    1 egg (whole)
    1/2 cup cottage cheese.
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

(i used a little olive oil to cook them but I don't know if it's needed) They stick if the pan is too hot.

it makes 3 servings of 2 5-6" pancakes. (I had 2 servings because I am hungry today)

    2 pancakes has 201 Calories, 9g protein, 3g fiber.

These are well nice, I only used one egg, and although they arn't as easy to flip as pancakes, you can get them to "peel" just roll them over from each side to form a "pencil" OKay one sides not been on the pan, but they are cooked, and sweet and nice.

cool recipe - but I totally get bummed when people call these kind of things "pancakes" when they should be calling it an "omelette"....but I understand that this may not be as appetizing (lol - banana omelette)!!

A better way to combine pancakes and eggs

    A play on the McGriddle

Coffee pancakes, cheddar eggs, bacon, whipped maple syrup and chopped choc covered espresso beans

    Hi all!!

    I've just tried this recipe:

    1 banana
    1 egg
nob of marge for the pan

and although it tasted great, the pancake struggled to hold its shape. I'm not sure whether i did the batch too large (one large pancake rather than a few little ones) but does anyone have any suggestions? xx

Some people (me) Can't actually have pancakes (gluten) so i think its a great way to have them without buying expensive prepacked bland gluten free pancake mixes.
