So how many calories should i eat/burn to loose at least 2 lbs a week?

    At least 2 lbs a week? Unless you're obese, aim for MAX 1 lb a week.
    Eat your TDEE - x %, depending on how much weight you want to lose. But I would not recommend eating less than TDEE-25%, and that's only if you have much weight to lose.
    And please note that when using the TDEE-method, you're NOT supposed to eat back your exercise calories.

    Thank u. I'm literrally only 6 days in. I just jumped in and stop all drinks except water, and I thought I was suppose to only eat 1200 from the mfp goal. Plus ive been burning at least 300 a day... I said this in another post and got attacked by a angry mob... I now realize why. I was only netting at the most 700 a day! I'm so glad Ppl like u have patience. Now I fully understand.

    Thank you thank you thank you thank you! So I came out with 1949... so that is what I should eat including my exercise right? Like eat 1949 burn 500. Leaving 1449?
