    Height: 5'6" (and a half, technically)

    Gender: Female
    Highest weight: 270, as far as I know (wasn't weighed for 4-5 years)
    Current weight: 230.4
    Current body fat %: probably around 35-38%? haven't had a caliper test and the online calculator things are wildly variant.
    Lowest weight: Well when I was a freshman in HS (not fully developed yet, in other words) I was 140lb. When I turned 18 I was 180 and probably already 30+ pounds overweight.
    Goal weight: 150-160. I'm likely to be muscularly heavy, so I'm not hoping to get lower than that. However, my main goal is BFP of lower than 28%, to deadlift 300lb, and to like how I look.

    my lightest was 6lb 13oz just after I was born. I might possibly have been lighter than that in the days after I was born as a lot of newborn babies lose weight before they start gaining it, but I don't know. I'll have to ask my mum.

    My heaviest I don't actually remember, i was 9 months pregnant and suffering from pre-eclampsia (i.e. retaining mahoosive amounts of water and swelling up to scary proportions, I was hospitalised for a few days before being induced), so pretty heavy.

    Goal weight: 175 so I can have some wiggle room. I really just want to be a size 8 since I've never been in a single dress size in my life. If I can lose about 10 pounds a month then I will have reached my goal in October. Somebody help me with a push!
