    Calories for ALL the marinade: 1126
    Calories for 1/6th of the Marinade: 187

    This is using mostly generic ingredients.


    If you want to be accurate with your measurements measure the quantity of marinade before putting in the chicken. Once you pull the chicken out to cook, measure the quantity of the leftover marinade and adjust the servings accordingly.

    Mmm! Just made a very close version of this last night and it was total insanity! I also took the leftover marinade and then boiled it so it turned into a reduction that I then put over the chicken. A keeper!

    Did this as well. It boils down into a tasty thick sauce.
