Eggs. Hard boiled ahead of time or cooked with cooking spray. One large egg on two slices of Sara Lee light wheat bread (45 cal/slice) and a Yoplait greek 100 yogurt. Filling and about 270 cals. Add a couple of apricots to get to 300.

I love a boiled egg, (semi runny center) over small fresh baby spinach and whole wheat toast. Yum!

I have been making an egg cassarole (and I really don't like eggs at all).

It has Simply Potato shredded potatoes, eggs, shredded reduced fat cheese and ham. Nom Nom NOOOOMMMMM!

I fix it sunday night and it lasts me all week, and reheats beautifully! I typically eat around 7-7:30 and it has been holding me over till around noon

I'm a toast and coffee girl myself but I usually add a couple of eggs on lifting days.

Oatmeal. That's the only idea I have ever had. Sorry.

I forgot frosted mini wheats. I love those!

Oh and Cocoa Puffs, but I think those taste better on ice cream around 4:00 p.m. after a good workout.
