Not sure if its in the UK, but Mini Wheats Crunch contains 90%!! I snack on it a bit to get my DV of iron.0

Most cereals are fortified with around the same amount. You could also put some dates or walnuts on it if you want to bump up the iron a little. The best sources of natural iron are meat and leafy greens.0
