little help needed.. dont ignore

hope everyone is in good health...
need some help from u guys.. thing is that i donno english names for many pakistani foods., fruits vegies etc.. which makes it difficult for me to keep track of my calories.. coz i cant find them in database

need u ppl to share some link or web where i can get the names of paki foods in english

Try this....Not sure if it will help or not. I had to do the same thing when I moved to Italy.....Although I know all the names now, it was quite time consuming to go grocery shopping, etc. for at least one year!

i had same problem as am form India. i goggled for sites n found http://hubpages.com/hub/calories-in-indian-food
you can try similarly and add your own food. u can check the box saying share with other members. this will help other Pakistani people too.
