    Totals 0 0 0 0 0 0
    Your Daily Goal 1,700 170 17 29 57 128
    Remaining 1,700 170 17 29 57 128
    Calories CarbsFiber Sugar Fat Protein

I worked it out on MFP and 128g of protein seems like alot to me - Im 155lbs. About 23% bodyfat. 5'9" And if fat and protein are both supposed to be 30% then why are the # of grams calculated so different from each other????

because there's 9 calories per gram of fat, and 4 calories per gram of protein. Therefore, if 30% of your calories are supposed to come from fat (510 calories), dividing that by 9 yields the 57g. Same goes for protein (510/4 =127.5g)

Is that how you lost 82 pounds? that's amazing!

Great thanks! I still think that 128g of protein is too much. Should be 1g per lean body mass, right. So prob about 115g of protein for me or no???

And when someone says 40 30 30. Do they mean in the order of carbs, fat, protein???
