I started my weight at 209.8 late Jan. 2013, I've reached to 167.4! Trying to get to 145! I've done the insanity challenge and just recently started Hip hop abs with rockin' body! I hope to reach my goal by July!

    thats greattttt! I will be starting my insanity program tomorrow! I've had it for about 5 months now! When i first tried, I couldnt even get through the warm up! lol! smh.... :(
