    A MFP friend turned me on to this ~ turkey stuffed peppers ~ and it's delicious! I've made it weekly ever since ;). I add a step and steam the peppers in a big pot of boiling water for approx. 5 minutes before stuffing & baking, makes them yummily tender!

    but on a serious note, skinny taste and chocolatecoveredkatie have some good recipes.
    yummly.com is neat as well, you can tweak what you search so you can search pretty much whatever food you want and then tweak the calorie amount and see what recipes come up

    Love the Skinytaste.com website for recipes. I also like a lot of the cooking light recipes.
    Buy chicken in bulk... I go through lots and lots of chicken.
