Last nights dinner, Massive Spinach Salad, roasted Argentinian Sirloin steak with sour cream and corn.

one pancake, one wholemeal toast, grilled tomatoes, buttery scrambled eggs, chicken sausages and one turkey bacon. :Q
shanxi sliced noodles in hoisin sauce.
cajun baked tilapia, with steamed broccoli and carrots, mash drizzled in bbq sauce!
bbq pizza with capsicums and sausages on wholewheat tortilla.0 -
This is an awesome breakfast "muffin" that is great if you're bored with your eggs.
Recipe : 1 cup egg whites (Or eggs or both) / 2/3 Cup Bisquik .. You're free to add in your own servings of Cheese / Meat / Veggies
Pre-heat oven to 400degrees
Blend Egg Whites & Bisquik and Pour into Muffin Tray about half full each Tin.
Add Chopped Servings of Cheese/Meat/Veggies.This is all up to you and at your own discretion. Ive yet to make a bad combination.
Bake in Oven for 10mins approx (everyones oven is different.. cut it to make sure its not runny.)
this is simply Egg White, Bisquik & 15grams Light Cheese

The sauce was simple, saute onion, garlic, chile flake, anchovies till the onion is just soft, add in a can of crushed or whole peeled san marzanos, dump in your calamari and bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. cook your pasta while that is all going on and pull it off a min before the package says al dente. save a cup or so of the pasta water, finish the pasta in the sauce and add a little pasta water if the sauce needs to be thinned out0 -

Mashed avocado and salsa (spread on bread), roasted red peppers, 98% fat free turkey breast, Daiya Jack cheese, red onion, fennel, fresh basil leaves, hydroponic lettuce, sliced avocado on garlic topped bread.
