    Squats & lunges and more squats...Plus obviously lose body fat....I still have big thighs and too much bf, but the difference is HUGE just from doing weights and squats and lunges......

    I have the reverse problem - my thighs/legs are reasonably toned but my stomach is the huge (literally) issue - I've lost 65lbs but my stomach, to me, looks exactly the same - it isn't I know, but all my weight sits there.

    Congrats on your loss! That is amazing!!! I guess we are never happy! I shouldn't complain! We are better than we were and much healthier!!! If you haven't yet, try 30 Day Shred. That has helped my stomach tremendously!!! I've lost over 3 inches and I am not finished yet! Good luck!

    My thighs and butt are also HUGE. I am losing weight and my shirt size has gone down, but my pants size has not moved. My pants are too lose around the waist but tight on my thighs still. When I try a smaller size pants, I can't get them over my thighs, but they would fit perfectly on my waist. I hate it so much. From past weight loss experience, even though I have lost 20 lbs, I probably have another 10-15 lbs to go before I go down a size. And even when I hit my goal weight, I bet my thighs will still be huge. Runs in the family :(
