Healthy snacks

I'm looking for some healthy snack ideas that are low in fat and salt. I have kidney damage and can not have any extra salt. Trying to find something different other than yogurt or 100 calorie snacks, need more variety.

This link has a nice list. Have you tried Greek yogurt? It has a lot of protein so it will help keep you full. Also, I just
picked up some Quaker rice cake snacks, they come in sweet and salty varieties and you get 18 for 130 calories.
You could do veggies and dip or apple with a couple tablespoons of peanut butter.0 -
sugar-free jello w/ fruit
sugar-snap peas
rice cakes
almonds (low/no salt)
Really, I will be interested in what suggestions you get.0 -
Cherry tomatoes... In a bowl... Low cal, low sodium, low salt... Still delicious.
Or carrot sticks, cucumber sticks... Add tomatoes, lettuce and protein of your choice and make a salad...
Or grapes, apple slices, pear slices, an orange, a banana.... Maybe mix em together and make a fruit salad...
Small portions of leftover dinner/lunch/breakfast could make a good snack too... Put some of last nights meat on some bread and make a sandwich. I make omelettes with thick chicken thai stew sometimes, it's delicious. Can get a bit heavy on the calories though, but I dunno how much you have saved for snacks. And if I only use 1 egg it tends to stay around or under 300kcal.0
