Low Calorie Hot Chocolate in Canada
I'm from Canada and was looking how to get the lowest calorie of Hot Chocolate and this is what I came up with and it's really good.
When looking for Cocoa of different brands it was all over the map but this is the lowest I could find.
I got this at Food Basic and it's their brand called "Selection"
It has 15 calories per TBSP.
One Tbsp of this and a pinch of Stevia and your all set you have Hot Chocolate for 15 Calories,
You can add a bit of skim milk for a few more calories if you want.
If somoene has found a less calorie one please do share.

I love hot chocolate and I'm from Canada as well so I'll have to look for that one when it gets closer to the colder weather0

thanks for that, will check it out.
I am not keen on the stevia though, I find it tastes a bit bitter.0
