are 13" flexed arm average for a girl

I'm more focusing on my upper body and in comparison to the lower part I'm small on top. My flexed bicep was 13" and 12" unflexed. Is that on the low side or average because I want stronger arms but not get too big as my legs did.

    My arm flexed is 12...not a lot of extra fat but also not a lot of muscle. Hope it helps. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

    My arm flexed is 12 and unflexed, 11. I was under the impression that I had larger than average arms (not in a body shaming way, I like my arms).

    sounds like mine are above average. Lol that's ok because I like the look of them
