    I know I'm simply another person congratulating you but you have done an amazing job. I'm so happy you learned about healthy eating as well as learning about portion sizes. That in itself is so difficult for all of us. Everything in the US is supersized and it's difficult to learn what normal portions should be. Very very very proud of you and inspired. Great job!
