Im Out Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!??

Hello Everyone! I'm new to My Fitness Pal and I was hoping y'all could help me

Age:18

Weight: 122.5 LBS

Height: 5'5

Exercise Weekly Routine:

Weight Training: Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour
Karate: Monday, Wednesday for One hour
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Tuesday, Thursday for 1 hour
Basketball EVERYDAY 1 hour
Lifestyle: I smoke a lot of pot which makes me eat quite a bit, but I control myself (seriously)
I eat healthy foods when i'm smoking.



My problem is I don't have a six pack, let alone have a lot of muscle, can I get some tips? I know people are gonna say protein shakes and I've tried them definitely not a fan of the taste what makes them taste good and don't just say milk, please...Oh and if possible my height really pisses me off ANYWAY I CAN GROW????
