those darn 30s

not sure if it was because I didn't care or just had awesome metabolism, but as soon as i hit 30...bam!! no more eating whatever I wanted and doing what I wanted.
*sigh*
so here I am, trying to break bad habits and learning to be healthy.
has anyone been here? any advice is welcomed :)

Hi Tony...I have been there and I still have the T-shirt! I am 38 and it is not getting any easier. I work hard and eat right and do a little prayer that it will all work out...

    TONY, COOKIE ADVICE:
I broke my alchohol habit & now my brownie habit, the same way...

Even though I paid for those items at the store, when I wanted a drink I gave my husband the money it would've cost at a bar! FOR EACH ONE.
It got expensive! and i drank less & less till i just didn't want it no more...(lot's of calories / sugar in that!)

    now brownies.
my mother in law makes them DAILY & they're GOOD.
she leaves them out on the kitchen table, too. SO>
my son gets paid on fridays: $2 for each little brownie i eat!
one week i 'bought' $18 worth of brownies.
    i'd NEVER buy that much!!!!!

TRY IT... losing that money sucks & you'r'e familly is involved & you're accountable so it's fun, silly & MOTIVATING.....
