    Eat a balanced diet at a reasonable deficit, and exercise...both cardio and strength.. and drink water.

    Get lifting :bigsmile: heavy as you can and go for it. Best fat buster there is.

    A calorie deficit alone will help you lose fat, but if you go keto (low carb) it'll be much faster. Only thing is when you start eating carbs again you'll gain some water weight, but its not fat. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will help raise your metabolism through out the day and is more effective than regular cardio. Lifting weights will raise your metabolism as well.
