Hello everyone,

after my first pregnancy I looked like a blob. I gained about 50 pounds, 20 of them I lost pretty much right after giving birth to my big baby daughter in the end of January.
After about two months of taking it easy and recovering I slowly started exercising. Walking and low impact strength training were a good start for me. Then I started running and dance aerobics as well as strength training. Fitnessblender.com provided me with awesome exercise videos that helped me drop some inches. And I did!
Waist: -4.5 inches
Hips: -2.5 inches
I also reduced my body fat by 3.5%. :D

When I looked in the mirror today I realized that my pre pregnancy hour glass figure is coming back and so I needed to share this with you guys.

I still have a long way to go (about 25 pounds to go) but I am totally getting there which feels incredibly good! :D

Keep it up everyone, it's absolutely worth it!

    I'm also mesmerized by your striped dress because when I scroll up and down it flickers on my screen in an odd way. lol =)

    Thanks! I got it at H&M. It is one of the "dresses" that everyone in Europe has because it's a basic and it only costs 10 Euros or so. :)
