Good workout? 18 years old i need to lose at least 30 lbs

I need a good workout to do 4-5 times a week. I want/need to lose 30+ lbs by the end of August. I just don't know what type of workout to do. I already do 200-300 crunches daily and 30 minute cardio once a week but I need more ideas.

    You do a ton of crunches - but those don't burn calories. I am aiming for an hour of cardio a day for five days a week (Zumba, Step classes at the gym, dancing in my own time, or running). If you wanna burn calories, do as much cardio as you can. Add in your crunches and other weight training exercises (like push ups, squats, or weight lifting) and you'll build muscle, which just having burns calories and raises your metabolism ;) Make sure you also eat healthy (for most of the time) and don't forget to have rest days to let your body relax :)
    My current workout goes something like this:
    100 Jumping Jacks
    50 crunches (that's a lot for me 'cause I'm muscle-less :P)
    20 tricep dips
    15 squats (or more!)
    20 lunges (each leg)
    70 Russian Twists
    20 standing calf raises
    5 push ups
    30 second plank
    10 lunge-split-jumps

    Do these every day, just increase the numbers by wednesday, then decrease gradually (do even less than this) to Sunday.

    Then do your cardio afterwards! That way your muscles are warmed up and already in the burning stages :)

    the fastest way to lose weight is TABATA or interval running because it really burns calories. . However, if you want to lose inches you will need to do resistance as well. That being said, the most important thing you can do is focus on your diet.
