Hey I'm new

I've been on every possible diet and non seemed to work. hopefully I can this time. I weight 170 and am hoping to get down to 120 :)

    hi there. i am new as well. I am trying to lose the same 20 lbs. i have been trying to lose my entire life!!!! I started on here on Monday. I have lost 2.5 lbs already and feel really motivated. I really put everything that I eat in here (even my bad meal yesterday where I consumed too many cals) and it makes me so much more careful. Good luck. Keep me posted on how you do.

    You can do it. Make sure to incorporate free weights along with tracking your food. I am 38 with 2 kids and I didn't start working out until I was 32. I lost 3 sizes in 6 weeks by using weights and watching what I ate.
