women 5 feet tall goal weights

Hey all, I am 5 feet tall and my goal weight is 130. Anybody else out there that is 5 feet tall? If so what is your goal weight? I think I will be happy at 130 but I am not sure. I started at 215 and now I am about 152.

I'm just a lil taller at 5'2 and would like to be 135. Started out about 190 and am about 151 also. Great job on your loss so far thats huge!!0

I'm 5ft and i started around 156 and heading for 119 or just above in the low 120's. I'm at 131 right now.0 -
I'm 5 feet and I'd like to get between 125 and 130. However, I'm not against going down to 115 if possible, but I'd be happy at 125 too.0

Hey shorties! I'm 5' and 124 right now, I would like to drop another 10.
I find it difficult reading all the "eat more than 1200 calories" posts, since we obviously do not fit the average. I am also just now facing the reality that I will always have to eat around 1200 just to maintain, at this height.

5'. I started this at about 113 and have lost a whopping one pound. My ideal weight was 100, but as I am lifting weight I have come to the conclusion that the scale doesn't matter. I just care how I feel and look in the mirror. The end result could be more or less than I am now. I would like to lose some BF % though0

Hey - I'm 5'1" and am currently around 145....(after an aggressive eating weekend) but usually around 140. I'd love to get to 130 or see the high side of the 120's.....always trying :-)0

Hello fellow MFP'ers...I am 5 ' and I am aiming for 128 which is the upper end of healthy on the charts. I am older though, so it may be difficult to get to that number...I'm still trying!0

HI, I am 5'1" and weigh around 160 and want to get down to 140-145. I am looking more to lose fat than anything else. Weight is secondary to my goals. The first time I check, I was at 30% body fat. So I just need to lose 20 lbs to be at 20% body fat. I am lifting weights. I will be going on a ketogenic diet starting next week.
BTW, I have 115 lbs of lean body mass.0 -
I'm at 128 from 147. I'm trying to get back down to around 100lb, but I'd really love to be around 18% bf0

5ft1 female aged 25, started at just under 118lb then made to my first goal of 110 but decided I wanted to lose 4lb more of fat so been lifting for around 2-3months, only lost half a pound and that's since I've lowered my intake to 1000 from 1200, but I have lowered my bf so I think I've been recomping rather than losing which is ok but not what I wanted. Going to see how the rest of this wk goes on 1000 per day, weigh in is on Friday so we'll see.
I agree with the 1200 discussions, we don't fit the norm, I thought about upping cals or just relaxing a bit during this plataeu but from what I can see it hasn't made much difference. I don't want to undo good work by upping cals just yet, until I've given this low cal thing a try.0 -

Hi - this is my first post. I am 5 ft tall and I'm about 112. I'd like to loose about 10 pounds, that's where I'm the most comfortable. I've been trying to watch what I eat but it seems the older I get, the harder it is to loose (I'm over 40). I've always yo-yo'd up and down with 10-15 pounds but I'm getting married in a couple of months and I just had my first dress fitting. I can't afford to gain even a pound, otherwise my dress won't fit !!!
I was told that I should be 95 pounds for my frame (I'm very petite) but that seems too low to be healthy.

I'm 5ft as well, SW was 157.5lbs and my CW is 148lbs...my first mini goal is 10lbs (so close) and work from there. My ultimate goal is to go back to about 120lbs.0

Yes I'm 5 feet tall too! Just started this 5 weeks ago. Started at 187 and want to reach 140 with an ultimate goal of 130. How long have you been on the plan? You've lost a lot of weight! Congratulations.0

5 feet here too. currently 127, want to be 117-115. no idea how many calories I should be eating, I exercise ALLOT and find it hard to get allot of food in, just not hungry. I lift weights and do combat cardio 6 days a week.0

Height: 5'0
HW: 178
SW: 174.2
CW: 156.6
My first mini goal is to get down to 140. My ultimate goal is 125-130 (and like everyone else, I will probably reevaluate when I reach my ultimate goal).

I'm 5'1," when I started out, my goal was 100 (from 122) and I'm now maintaining between 93-97. I think I'd like to stay here.0

5'2" 102 today, which I can live with, although my ideal weight would be the mid-90s. My highest weight ever, caused by medication, was 112, and I felt very overweight.0
